We are in the process of buying our first home and recently had Clay and Jacob preform the inspection. They were incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and kind. During our walkthrough together, they were quick to answer all of our questions or concerns. The ecological report that they send prior to the inspection was very informative and the inspection report we received very soon after the inspection detailed everything they found in the home along with clear photos. I love how the report categorizes each item into a "maintenance", "recommendation", and "safety hazard" section for easy reference. They did an incredible job and we are so happy with their service!
